The event venue will be at The Meadow, Gardens by the Bay.
The venue will open at 6:00am. The scheduled race start time will be shared at a later date.

Yes, all members should have received an email with a promo code, which can be used to unlock the preferential member rate.

Troubleshooting:
Registration closing date is 5 October 2026, 23:59hrs or when the race reaches maximum capacity, whichever comes first.
Entries received by 5 October , 23:59hrs will have the option to have your name printed on your bib.
Please note that entries submitted after the deadline will not include personalised names on the bibs. However, you are welcome to personalise it yourself at home if you wish.
No, all race entries are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
Sorry, there are NO onsite registrations taken on race day.
No, all race entries are strictly non-transferable.
Any person doing so may be subject to disqualification, at the discretion of the Event Organiser. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude both parties from future events.
In the event of light to moderate rain, the race will proceed as scheduled, provided there is no lightning in the area. However, if lightning is detected, the Race Director will make the necessary decision to ensure participant safety, which may include modifying or delaying the start of the race.
If the event is modified, delayed or cancelled, there will be no refund of entries fees to participants.
Optional items selected during registration:
Prams/strollers are permitted for children under 4 years old, exclusively for participation in the 1km Family Run. We ask that you are mindful of other participants when using these devices during the run.
Pets are not allowed on the run course and at the Event Venue.
Yes, you may participate in both the 10km run and the 1km family run, provided you complete separate registrations for each category.
Please take note of the respective start times for each race and remember to switch to the correct race bib for each event.
Race pack collection date will be announced at a later date.

Changes will be accepted on race day at the Information booth. Exchanges are dependent on stock and size availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please bring your unworn T-shirt in its original packaging.
The timing chip is attached to the back of your race bib. Please remember to bring your race bib with you on race day.
There is no water provided at the venue before the race. We encourage everyone to bring their own bottle. Water will be provided at the finish line.
Yes, we have water stations on the run course.
No, you must always wear a shirt that covers your torso.
Barefoot running is not allowed. Shoes must be worn at all times during the race.
Runners must wear their race bib clearly visible at the front of their apparel at all times. The race bib also serves as your timing chip for this race.
You must wear your race bib because it contains your timing chip for accurate timing and serves as identification in case of an emergency or if you need assistance.
Yes, we’ll be publishing a comprehensive Runner’s Guide with all the essential race details. You will be updated as soon as the guide is available on the event website and via email.
Trophies will be presented to the top 3 male and female placegetters in each race category at the event venue. Award times will be published in the Runners’ Guide.
Yes! Water and electrolytes will be provided to each runner after they have crossed the finish line.
Finisher medals will be proudly awarded to all runners who cross the finish line on race day.
Live preliminary results will be available via the “Results” page of the event website immediately after you cross the finish line.
Official times will be posted on the Race Results page within 48 hours of the event.
